Also managed projects with outsourced studios across multiple IP’s. Was responsible for hiring, career paths, growing the artists and grooming people to become leaders. Worked closely with Directors to be their creative partner to ensure their vision would meet the highest quality within the time and budget.

Lead Animator - “Earthworm Jim IV” - Responsible for leading a small team of animators, creating In-Game animations, rigging characters/creating a flexible and repeatable rig, and assisting with the animation pipeline.
